Saturday @ Hensville
Hensville Tree Lighting & Light Show
Hensville Lights returns bigger and brighter for the 2017 holiday season and is presented by Toledo Edison and Lexus of Toledo, and supported by NSG Group.
Come join the fun when we flip the switch on Saturday, November 11, turning St. Clair Street into a winter wonderland with more than 200,000 twinkling lights. Again this year, holiday lights will decorate all the buildings on St. Clair Street between Washington and Monroe Streets with a special dancing light show in Hensville Park synced to music.
The new Hensville Park Christmas tree will stand 45 feet tall and be lit and on display along the Monroe Street side of the park.
The holiday lighting celebration will include strolling carolers and a special visit from Santa Claus, with Hensville Lights and the tree turning on at 6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. The Toledo Walleye hockey game against Kalamazoo follows at 7:15 p.m. at the Huntington Center.
Hensville Lights will shine from November 11 through the Winter Brewfest on January 20.
Businesses along St. Clair Street participating in Hensville Lights include: Maloney, McHugh & Kolodgy Ltd., NINE at Hensville, Fleetwood's Tap Room, Shared Lives Studio, Midwest Terminals, Thomas Porter Architects, 20 North Gallery, and Frickers.
